My 20 per cent discount didn't get subtracted Deep Creek Etagere this morning.from the total. I ordered the wrought iron Etagere that measures 20" W x 14" D x 68.4" H.

Poor Website Coding

I have been trying for over a week to place an online order with Plow & Hearth...but every time I've attempted to sign in, it just wipes the credentials and requires sign in again.

After four tries, I gave it a couple hours, thinking they'd have fixed it. NOPE.

Even a week later, still in the sign in loop.

I don't have this kind of time, and I refuse to do business with a vendor who ignores the obvious weaknesses in their Line of Business website. Pathetic.

When I questioned it... t hey just told me to create another profile. I did...STILL COULDN'T SIGN IN.

Never again, and I'll make sure that everyone I know knows NEVER TO GO NEAR PLOW & HEARTH.

They used to be good, but now??

Did a hedge fund buy them out or something? Whatever it is that's buggering their website is also buggering their business...because I've never seen so many unhappy customers in my LIFE!!

Caveat emporium, friends...Caveat emptor.

Oh...and also NEVER AGAIN.

Very unhappy customer

I was gift a bulb of the month club for Christmas, December and Januarys bulbs were as expected/ stated on website. February was extremely disappointing instead of the 4white marvel tulips,4 canasta tulips,4 Leen van mark tulips and 4 seadov tulips I wound up with 3 amaryllis, Im assuming left over from Christmas. Calling customer service was a complete waste of time as we were told they must have been ordered through their garden department and there was nothing they could do

Very positive, easy process. All went very well.

No complaints. I ordered a fireplace backing for my daughter and because of the smaller size of the fireplace she had the feet were not needed and were able to be returned.

Everything worked out just fine without those feet. Plow and hearth values their customers, and makes things easy in their interactions.

I ordered a coat rack from Viva Terra that was supposedly hand carved and in one piece. It came in three pieces obviously severely broken.

I have been trying to rectify this issue and have been given the runaround by three different so-called customer service reps.

I would never recommend this company or any of its affiliates to anyone! I have been scammed out of a good sum of money from this outfit and..I AM PISSED!!

Bad product and customer service!

I recently purchased a bench and once received, noticed that there were multiple issues/scratches on the metal and stain spots on the wood. Their customer service department told me to donate the bench only to find out they would not refund nor replace the item because the item was donated.

This is despite the fact that they told me to do so. Beware!

The WORST! Expensive item arrived in a completely destroyed box, missing pieces and I'm being penalized money-wisw for returing the item. I will never ever buy from them or shop there again!!!!!!

Broken umbrellas

I ordered 2 umbrellas and covers from Plow and Hearth in April or May. I used the smaller one maybe 6 times and the 9 ft.

Preferred solution: I would like to get a 9 ft ALUMINUM umbrella as a replacement with a midnight hydranga cover. I will send the damaged umbrella back in the box you send the new one in. You don't have to send the smaller umbrella as my husband is determined to work on it.

User's recommendation: don't buy plow and hearth umbrellas. It is impossible to take pictures of a broken string

Quality of merchandise

I purchased the largest Hydrangea rug they had. It is supposed to be an indoor outdoor rug.

It wouldnt last five minutes outdoors. It is pilling and fuzzing up after only a couple of months by two senior citizens in tennis shoes with no pets. Really bad quality. Really expensive and not worth it.

I heard a Chinese company bought them.

Not the same company they were twenty years ago. Wont buy from them again.

When I ordered my item it was NOT shown as being on back- order. After waiting for weeks I called PH, only to be told that my item is NOW on back-order.

I never would have ordered it if they had been up-front about its availability. Never again.

I placed an order on 1/3/21, and of course I keep getting notifications of the order delay. Once the new shipping date arrives, another email says delayed again.

They have no problem taking my money, but their lack of response and delays are complete BS. Buyer be warned!!!!!

Question on Arlberg artifical tree coming from china/question for corporate to respond.

I bought a Arlberg artificial Christmas tree, your website did not state where it was made. Picked up the boxed tree at the store and a big white shipping label Illumax China Limited, uni7AD2 place, 15 Cheung Shun Street, LAICHIKOK, Koneoon, Hong Kong.

I thought that China borders were closed.! Checked with the CDC, they did not respond with any answer, still checking it out and who is going to answer the questions. Is this tree safe to use in our home? Considering where it came from.

Minimal information on how this tree was made. I already called your customer service, but can't answer with satisfaction. This question is for Corporate to respond to. I was not excited to see where it came from.

This is an expensive tree, and wondering if it was worth the money, or exactly what I am purchasing or paying for. Shameful that our products cannot be made in the USA.
